These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CurvyPosh LLC’s services, including our website, products, and in-store experience. By purchasing or interacting with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Store Hours

  • Sunday - Monday: Closed

  • Tuesday: 12 PM – 6 PM

  • Wednesday - Saturday: 11 AM – 7 PM

3. Orders and Fulfillment

  • Orders for custom products will be fulfilled within 14 business days.

  • Standard products may ship sooner, based on availability.

4. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna (with exceptions), and other payment platforms.

Note:

  • Klarna cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

  • Klarna cannot be used to book services or consultations.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom orders and boutique items, all sales are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect. For return eligibility, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

6. Gift Cards

  • Available for purchase online and in-store.

  • Klarna is not accepted for gift card purchases.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Consultations & Services

Appointments for services and consultations must be paid via accepted methods other than Klarna. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree not to misuse, duplicate, or redistribute our content, products, or intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

CurvyPosh LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services or products.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
