Shipping Policy

At CurvyPosh LLC, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Processing Time: All orders require 48 hours (2 business days) for processing before shipment.

  • Shipping Carrier: We use USPS for all deliveries.

  • Delivery Window: Orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment, excluding weekends, holidays, and delays due to inclement weather.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Returns Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help under the conditions below:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 business days from the delivery date.

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

    • Must be free of odor, fragrance, and signs of wear

    • Must include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

  • Return Approval: All returns are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Klarna-Specific Return Policy

If you paid using Klarna, please note:

  • Klarna customers are entitled to return items within 14 calendar days of delivery per Klarna’s policies.

  • We do not charge restocking fees for Klarna purchases.

  • Exchanges, store credit, or substitutions are not accepted for Klarna purchases. Refunds will only be issued back to the original Klarna payment method upon return approval.

Please ensure you initiate your return within Klarna’s 14-day return window to avoid complications with your payment plan.
